The international organization Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bangladesh has given this year’s ‘Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) Award-2021’ in recognition of their contribution and achievements in their field. In the speech of the chief guest at the event, Hashan Mahmud said, ‘Bangladesh will become a developed country in 2041 by using the power of youth. To that end, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is working to fulfill the father of the nation’s dream. JCI Bangladesh president Niaz Morshed said, TOYP is a global award. Every year this award is given in more than hundred countries of the world. Those who are playing a role in the progress of Bangladesh through contributions in various fields, I give this recognition to such young people. Junior Chamber International is one of the largest youth organizations in Bangladesh. The organization is working to implement the country’s development plan for 2041. JCI is a global organization consisting of young people aged 18 to 40 years. Currently there are about two lakh active members of this organization in more than 105 countries. Every year, JCI Bangladesh takes initiative to recognize the contribution of youth in the society. This award is given to 10 young people every year for playing a role in social development.
