566 invividuals have been arrested in the last 24 hours during Operation Devil Hunt across the country.
In addition, 1,665 people also have been arrested in other operations including Operation Devil Hunt.
Police Headquarters AIG (Media and Public Relations) Enamul Haque Sagar confirmed the detention on Thursday evening.
Enamul Haque Sagar said that 566 people were arrested during Operation Devil Hunt and 1,099 people were arrested under other cases and warrants.
Two foreign made pistols, two magazines, five rounds of bullets, a dagger also have been recovered during the Operation Devil Hunt in last 24 hours across the country.
