Iskandar Mirza Shamim, a member of the science and technology affairs sub-committee of the central Awami League, on his personal initiative, distributed winter clothes (blankets) among 5,000 cold people in Ramgati, Laxmipur, on the banks of Meghna river, on behalf of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader.

On Friday (January 20) around 12 noon, these winter clothes were distributed in Chargazi Union Parishad premises.
